Retailers must agree to our Terms & Conditions and we reserve the right to discontinue sales to stores who fail to comply. Please note, terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. 

Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars. GST is not applicable.
  • We do not offer our products on consignment
  • Minimum order quantities and RRP are listed as per our catalogue.
  • Orders can be placed via emailing: hello@thelittlegrowers.com.au.
  • Payment must be made upfront via Direct Debit, PayPal or Credit Card.
  • Credit card details are not stored.
  • Stock will be distributed following receipt of payment. Please allow up to 5 working days once payment has been received for us to process, pack and post your wholesale order.

Shipping

  • All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please contact us if you wish to arrange alternative postage.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at cost based on the size, and weight of your order.
  • Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2-6 business days, while express items will takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination.
  • Due to quarantine restrictions Little Growers is unable to send seeds to Western Australia.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not provide refunds of exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
  • If your order arrives damaged please notify us within 5 days of receipt by emailing us at: hello@thelittlegrowers.com.au. You will then be asked to return the damaged items for a replacement or full refund noting return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility, and are non refundable.
  • We will not accept returns or exchanges for unsold stock.

Exclusivity

  • We do not offer exclusivity of The Little Growers products in any one geographical area. However, we strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our customers by selling to customers that are a reasonable distance apart, or by offering a different product mix.

  • If you are an online retailer, we are happy to supply you with our product or lifestyle images. Please email us to request the ones you require.
  • All images are subject to copyright and must only be used to market The Little Growers products.

Promotion

  • Your shop name, address and website will be added to the stockists list on The Little Growers website.
  • We do regular social media shout outs and sharing to support retailers who support us.
