Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on seed packet only orders and a flat rate of $10 standard shipping on all other products.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.

Seed packet orders with free shipping are sent as letters via Australia Post (no tracking). All other orders are sent as parcels through Australia Post or another courier (tracking number will be included).

If you would like to arrange local pick up on the Mornington Peninsula please select "Local Delivery" at checkout and we can arrange this.

Note due to COVID19 local shipping with Australia Post is experiencing some delays.

Returns

If you wish to return a product because you've changed your mind, that's totally ok! If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 7 days to contact us to request for change of mind on unopened and unused products.

Please email us at hello@thelittlegrowers.com.au to request a return and quote your order number. Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving the returned product.

Please note we do not cover the cost of return postage and you are responsible for the product whilst it is being sent back, we are unable to refund products that are damaged, opened or become lost during sending.
